R.N. — also operating as R.N. Micro Drilling Works — makes the extrusion dies and machine components that shape dough into pasta: macaroni dies, pasta dies for shapes such as penne and fusilli, replaceable brass inserts with optional PTFE (Teflon) linings, and perforated jali for sevai (vermicelli) machines. R.N. also lists sevai making machines and supplies extrusion equipment to order.
R.N.’s products are used by professional food manufacturing units and fresh-pasta producers to make uniform, consistent shapes such as macaroni, fusilli and vermicelli.

Precision, materials and fit
Manufacturing philosophy
A die is a precision tool. Its openings, pins and linings decide the shape, wall thickness and surface of every piece of pasta — so each die is made to suit the machine it will run on and the product it must make.
Product quality and precision
Dies are offered in stainless steel (Grade 304) or brass, with plain or PTFE (Teflon)-lined brass inserts. Replaceable inserts let producers keep a die in service by changing worn inserts individually.
Custom engineering
R.N. offers custom pasta inserts and dies to fit various extruder models, and sevai jali in mild steel, stainless steel and brass in sizes to client requirements.
