Macaroni Dies
A macaroni die is the plate at the head of the extruder that gives macaroni its shape. Dough is pressed through each insert, where a central pin forms the hollow tube. R.N. supplies macaroni dies as a plate fitted with replaceable inserts, made to suit the die seat of your extruder.
